Nice little Tavern on the south side of Eugene. Friendly bartenders, and smiling faces. Food is okay, typically bar grill. Pinball machines, pool table, darts and lottery games to keep ya busy while you get drunk. Good place to go to forget about life. They have live music from time to time, but not very often. Outdoor seating. Good place to watch the game and talk about the Ducks!
Didn't get to try the food but I must go back and give it a spin if the crowd and staff are any indication I must try the food all I had was a few good beers and some great conversations with some awesome people ***y'all the burgers are legit I finally got to try the food I will be back I had the Cajun burger the one with jalapeños and bacon I'll definitely be eating here more often I'd show a picture of the burger but that thing was gone fast dam good food
Great dive bar vibes. I ordered the chicken cascadia, very delicious. It will get busy at night but I usually go during the day on my day off for happy hour or lunch. Great food and friendly staff. Great patio. Last note awesome art on the back the building, shows they want to have a good sense of building community for the better!! Thank you Flying squirrel crew and staff!!
Had a great time watching the Ducks game on the patio. Bars aren't my usual scene, but it was fun. Food and drinks were good, big and cheap.
Asked the bartender if there was a time on the food, was met with disrespect and attitude, she had medium long brown hair, brown eyes eyes, wore a beanie. Don’t treat your customers like a nuisance and you won’t get a bad review.
Service was terrible. I asked where a trash was, I had picked up two empty cans on my way over, and wanted to dispose of them. I was told trash could go in the dirty dish bin. Later, I was scolded for putting the cans there, told it was "contraband", by the same person who told me I could put cans there. She should have explained the situation to her manager, rather than ignore that she told me to put my trash there and speak down to me. I did not drink those beers, it was literal trash, and I know she must have also been interrogated about where the cans came from, you shouldn't jump to conclusions or gaslight people. Anyways, the fried fish is mid, tater tots are way too salty, the cold slaw tastes like cheap mayo. The bloody Mary tastes like frozen pizza. If you are conservative or have no self respect, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away.
Great local feel! Good drinks, darts, pool, multiple pinball tables. The food is way above expected for bar food! One of my favs
